Refunds and returns are available for all eligible products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition with tags intact to qualify for a refund or return. All sale items are final sale.

Items damaged, incorrect or defective may not need to be returned. Please file a claim with Order Protection within 15 days to receive a replacement order.
Final sale items cannot be returned. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
- Items from our sale section
- Quarterly or Monthly subscription boxes
- Donations or Free Giveaway items
- Mystery Headbands, Mystery Clips, Mystery Scrunchies
*We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet these requirements and the customer is responsible for supplying a prepaid label to our customer service team to receive the product back.
Q: When will my refund be processed?
A: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of delivery date to our warehouse. A $4.95 fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please allow 5-8 business days for your bank to process the refund and reflect on your account.
If you are returning a gift, a gift card will be issued within 2-4 business days of the return.
